Acceptance of terms.
By using SuperFreshAI.com, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site — we won't be offended, and the back button works fine. If you have a specific concern, tell us and we'll try to address it.
These terms apply to the website, our newsletter, and any other service we operate under the SuperFreshAI name. They don't apply to third-party sites we link to — those have their own terms.
Description of service.
SuperFreshAI is an independent AI intelligence studio. We publish reviews, guides, comparisons, and a weekly newsletter about AI tools and workflows. We also run a directory of AI tools submitted by the community.
Everything we publish is for informational purposes. We're not a licensed advisor — our content doesn't constitute professional, legal, financial, or medical advice. Use it as a starting point, not a final answer.
User responsibilities.
We trust you to use the site like a reasonable human being. To keep things working for everyone, you agree to the following:
- Use the site for lawful purposes and in good faith
- Don't try to access non-public systems, accounts, or data that aren't yours
- Don't interfere with the site, its performance, or other users' experience
- Don't scrape, crawl, or mirror the site at scale without our written permission
- Don't submit tools, content, or messages that are misleading, defamatory, or infringing
- Don't impersonate SuperFreshAI, our team, or any other person or entity
Content and intellectual property.
All original content on SuperFreshAI — articles, reviews, guides, design, branding, and code — is owned by us or our contributors and protected by copyright. You don't need our permission to:
- Read, share, and link to our content without asking
- Quote brief excerpts (under ~150 words) for non-commercial purposes with clear attribution and a link back
- Share our work on social media, newsletters, or group chats
You do need permission to: reproduce entire articles, republish our content on another site, translate and republish our work, use our content to train AI models, or resell our content in any form. If you're unsure, ask first — we're friendly.
Reviews and recommendations.
Our reviews are written by people who actually use the tools. We test, compare, and document what works. Our reviews and recommendations are honest opinions, not guarantees of performance — your mileage will always vary.
We sometimes publish partner content in collaboration with AI companies. Partner content is always clearly labeled at the top of the page. Our editorial coverage is never influenced by partners: no pre-publication review, no dictated conclusions, no changed scores. If we wouldn't say it in an editorial review, we don't say it in a partner one.
Third-party links.
We link to a lot of third-party tools, articles, and resources. Once you click through, you're subject to that site's terms and privacy policy, not ours. We pick links carefully, but we don't control what happens on other sites — including their availability, their content, or how they handle your data.
If a link is broken, outdated, or pointing somewhere sketchy, let us know and we'll fix it.
Affiliate disclosure.
Some links on our site are affiliate links. If you sign up or purchase through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships never influence our coverage: we recommend tools because we believe in them, not because they pay us.
We always try to disclose affiliate links at the point of use, in addition to this statement.
Disclaimer of warranties.
The short version: we work hard to keep our content accurate and the site running, but we can't promise it'll be perfect, uninterrupted, or without mistakes. Use it at your own discretion.

Where liability can't be excluded, our total liability for any claim related to the site is capped at the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim (which, for most readers, is zero — meaning the cap is zero).
Changes to terms.
We may update these terms occasionally. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we'll also notify active newsletter subscribers by email. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SuperFreshAI operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If a dispute arises, we ask that you contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally — most issues are fixable with a single email.
